It’s funny how these 2008 stories echo back. This week’s Pompeii escapade (a distinct step up from the season opener) reminded me of a Hartnell story, not The Romans but rather The Aztecs wherein The Doctor and Barbara argue over history and fate. Donna has rounded in nicely already.

Yesterday I did something I really should be doing with much more regularity, I spent the afternoon with an old friend. Knowing it's US release was forthcoming, I unearthed my old copy of The Sea Devils, arguably my favorite Pertwee story. The setting, the Doctor-Jo relationship at it's most seemless, and best of all Roger Delgado, I greedily downed it all over the course of an afternoon.
The Sea Devils has always been on my all-time top ten list. I really should be going through these old faves, especially before the new season starts, much more often.

Now the Christmas Season has well and truly begun. The broadcast of a 90-second trailer on the 15th sets the table for the 25th. Can't wait! We have a few caps from the trailer posted for your perusal. We've also knocked a quick screensaver for the trailer as well.
